Job Description
- Design marketing materials/tools to support communication, advertising, sales, and events, such as posters, brochures, leaflets, backdrops, banners, standees, POSMs, and promotional videos.
- Participate in the creative process, developing concepts, building images/videos, and designing materials for projects and communication campaigns.
- Collaborate with other departments to plan media team activities that align with the overall Marketing department plan.
- Manage, allocate, and organize work for team members in the Media Team; ensure the quality and progress of the team’s projects.
- Implement printing/collaborate on producing marketing materials/tools with related departments and ensure product quality meets department requirements.
- Work with agencies/partners on company requirements, check the quality of images/videos from agencies/partners, and evaluate/ensure quality according to department and company standards.
- Take charge of internal photography for company events/activities.
- Monitor, track, update the progress of plans, and measure the performance of the Media team.
- Manage collaborators and have the ability to directly produce professional content on social media platforms.
- Report metrics and propose ideas to superiors weekly, monthly, and annually.
